At Red Brick Consulting, our experts provide risk management services to the construction industry. We serve as trusted advisers to owners, contractors, attorneys and other stakeholders who are building, funding or managing complex construction. It is our mission to help reduce the risk of construction, assist in completing the work as quickly as possible and to mitigate and/or avoid disputes/litigation as much as possible. Further, when disputes happen, we are there to help resolve them, whether by a vigorous development of, or defense against, claims or through the negotiation process to solve the underlying issues. We are successful in achieving the above goals because our team is proficient in planning and managing the construction process, understanding and developing schedules and the challenges of execution. We see over the horizon and can identify potential risks and issues before they become critical path impacts. We understand the pitfalls and risks in developing complex construction claims and requests for equitable adjustment and we are here to help resolve the issues. We have been in business since 2008 and have worked on some of the best properties and projects in the Western United States. Our clients run the mix from large organizations (both private and public) to high net worth individuals who need guidance on their dream homes. Projects that we have worked on include historical renovations to large new construction and from values of $300K to $2B (and everything in-between). Our offices are located in Southern California but we have projects in the 9 Western States and have traveled far and wide in the past to serve our clients.
