RedSky Capital is a Brooklyn-based firm that owns, operates and develops real estate assets with a focus on value-add opportunities. RedSky Capital was formed in 2006 and is led by Ben Bernstein and Ben Stokes.  In 2012 RedSky formed a joint venture, RedSky/JZ, with JZ Capital Partners (JZCP) providing access to over $1.0 billion of permanent equity capital.
