Redwood Community Action Agency is a locally based nonprofit organization serving Humboldt County from its base in Eureka, California. It offers a broad range of services to low- and moderate-income residents, with the aim of helping people become self-sufficient and empowered to improve their lives. The agency operates as part of a broader network of Community Action Agencies in California and across the United States.

The agency works with local governments and community groups to engage residents in planning and public-project processes. In 2024, the City of Eureka partnered with RCAA to involve residents, youth, and local businesses in re-envisioning H and I Streets and nearby routes to improve safety and support vibrant neighborhoods and business districts. This reflects the agency's role within the local non-profit sector focused on community development in northern California.
