In 1990 our company was formed to provide individuals suffering from Traumatic Brain Injuries an alternative to traditional group homes and AFC facilities. This company was developed to provide survivors with the tools necessary to integrate back into the community. This company was called Rehabilitation Pathways Group. It was incorporated in Michigan in 1992 as Rehab Pathways Group, Inc.

Today, we specialize in residential programming, vocational counseling, and job coaching. 

We provide a real life alternative to traditional day treatment programs, adult foster care placements and long term care facilities by providing a unique and individualized treatment plan for each client. These treatment plans, that are developed by a professional, assist our clients in becoming as independent as possible in the community setting.
