We have professionals to complete in-house budgeting/estimations, purchasing, scheduling of both preconstruction and construction phases, quality control, and value engineering to partner with our clients and collaborate with their consultants. At RCG we believe a successful preconstruction phase will ensure a successful construction phase. Therefore, when a project has the benefit of a preconstruction phase, we utilize this time to full effect.
