Reliable Caregivers offers highly personalized, in-home care with unrivaled standards. Our experienced caregivers enable individuals to maintain their daily routine, while nourishing dignity and prolonging an enthusiasm for life.

As a full service agency, Reliable Caregivers rigorously screens prospective caregivers, and carefully verifies all documentation.  Only those who successfully complete the process are bonded and insured - and only then, trained and ready to be matched to an individual.  Once hired, Reliable Caregivers is responsible for all workers' compensation, liability insurance, payroll taxes, as well as other employee-related costs, thus removing the legal responsibilities from our clients.

Our Care Management team consists of an LVN, a Licensed Social Worker, and two gerontologists.  Our professional staff puts together a custom plan of care based on individual needs.  Included in our rates are: In-home care assessment, a formal plan of care, caregiver interviews and ongoing caregiver training, consistent monitoring of each case with regular communication with the family and doctors, an in-home communications log maintained with caregiver notes regularly reviewed by a Care Manager, and systematic follow-up home visits by a Care Manager.
