At Remora Partners, we help our clients navigate the Innovation Economy.. As the “little fish,” we maintain relationships with all of the “big fish” – people, place, capital and ideas – and we share those relationships with our clients. We can build a complete ecosystem for a client, or just focus on the missing pieces. Either way, we aim to enhance the prosperity of the client.

We help our clients respond to the opportunities, in their world, that innovation brings. We can help any individual, business, learning institution or municipality evaluate their innovation assets, and create a plan to enhance their effectiveness in grasping or creating opportunities for prosperity. 

Remora Partners is led by Blaine Strickland and Jim Spaeth, who co-founded the company in 2003. Since then, we have been involved in a variety of office, retail, condominium, hospitality and senior housing projects - always in a developer or team leader position. We have exceptional abilities to identify an opportunity, craft a mission statement that is compelling to the stakeholders and execute the business plan required to bring the project to fruition. Most of our projects last several years and require ongoing management and communication. We are lifelong learners and seek to bring our broad base of experiences to bear on new challenges every day.
