Glen is the founder of the RENEW. He started his personal training career in Vancouver, Canada in 1996 with Innovative Fitness. After 3 years with Innovative, he was positioned in Bellevue, and from there, opened 2 more facilities. It was in 2005, when he decided to go a different direction. Thus, RENEW Fitness was created. Opening the summer of 2005 with a great group of trainers, they quickly grew to a staff of 10 trainers and over 200 clients. Now in his 7th year of business with RENEW, Glen is excited about the next chapter of RENEW's growth. Glen's personal philosophy on fitness is very simple: Consistency is the Key. After training over 24,000 training hours, the people that have achieved the highest level of fitness are the ones that stay healthy and workout daily. So to keep it fresh, Glen encourages his team and clients to mix it up with a variety of workouts, always challenging themselves. Renew wants to bring a higher level of service to the fitness industry. In over 7 years & over 200 clients & 10 staff members, Renew is a staple for personal training in the Bellevue area.
