Our Mission: Renewed Horizons exists to provide a meaningful day to the individuals we serve and the staff we employee, by providing them opportunities for personal growth through the giving of our time, talents, and resources. Our Vision: To build a community where our participants are seen as individuals not their limitations, where they live fully integrated lives with purpose, discover the freedom to choose throughout their day, find their voice, learn to self advocate, become engaged in their world around them, where they are valued, and discover their hopes and dreams and how to meet them. Our Services: Adult Day Program: Located at our facility in Hayden, Renewed Horizons’ Day Program blends Developmental Therapy and Adult Day Health into an activity-based program designed to ensure that our participants can continue to make consistent progress on their self-care, receptive and expressive language, learning, mobility, self-direction, capacity for independent living, and economic self-sufficiency goals, regardless of their current skill level. While we feel consistent progress on the identified needs of participants is important, we also feel that meaningful growth happens when the individual is engaged, excited, and proud with what they are working on. Therefore, part of our goal for the Day Program is to create and provide a meaningful day for our participants. Supported Living: Renewed Horizons’ Supported Living program provides assistance to individuals with disabilities residing within their own home in our community. Renewed Horizons’ support includes supervised care that is customized to the needs of the individual. Our participants choose the living environment and services that best meet their needs, and are given the opportunity to live and thrive independently in our community. Our professional and caring staff provides ongoing assistance in coordinating living quarters, financial stability programs, menu planning, grocery shopping and more.
