For 30 years, Rennes School of Business has been training Unframed Leaders capable of accompanying the transformations of organisations and the disruptions of our times. A pioneer in international outreach and in integrating transition issues into its teaching, Rennes School of Business offers a learning experience that places innovation at the heart of its pedagogical approach. From post-baccalaureate to continuing education, our programmes are underpinned by top-level interdisciplinary research. At a time when the world is changing radically, making environmental and societal issues vital, when technological change is accelerating, when new business models are emerging with a positive impact, when new generations are emerging who want to devote themselves to a new economy, Unframed Thinking is becoming the driving force that encourages our learners to challenge the status quo and innovate in favour of global performance: more creative, more collective, more sustainable.
To train these Unframed Leaders, we are proposing a new strategic plan (2024-2028) for our School, which we want to be one of the most intercultural, innovative and impactful. This plan has three main pillars: Unframed Experience, Unframed Education and Unframed Community.
