The company was founded in 2009 by Jonathan Addison, a real estate agent in Washington, DC, with over a decade of experience in real estate sales, investment, consulting and legal compliance as well as experience working with tech start-up companies.

Since 2009 the company has offered rental property license preparation and filing services in addition to consulting in Washington, DC. After assisting over 1500 customers and three successful years later the company has begun work to expand its offering by introducing a virtual management assistant and CRM for DIY landlord and property managers.
