Renton Counseling Center (RCC) is a clinician owned and managed private practice. Our mission is to provide patients with effective, transformational, and accessible psychotherapy services. We are an insurance focused mental health group practice that serves and reflects its surrounding community, employing therapists with a variety of specialized treatment modalities and backgrounds. We support our clinicians so they can support their patients. Private practice can be isolating and lonely; we work hard at RCC to create a collegial working environment that honors therapist autonomy, personal development, and emotional support to do this work. We provide tools and systems that help providers succeed and focus on doing what they love, which is psychotherapy. Our innovative use of technology allows us to minimize administrative burden, streamline billing, provide patients flexible scheduling options, and provide quantitative clinical feedback on treatment effectiveness which are unique to the local industry.
