Republic Capital Claims Administrators, Inc. was created to provide innovative claims administration, with the diligent, proactive, and expert examiner case management philosophies and protocols which seem to have been compromised in larger, high-volume TPAs.  We are pleased to introduce our management philosophy and business model which focuses on dedicated examiners who are invested in our clients’ interests and the best treatment and outcome for the injured worker.

We have brought together a highly skilled and experienced management team with a vision to provide our clients with a TPA partnership which is not readily available in the current marketplace.  Our approach is multi-faceted, with the following key components to a successful partnering;

A corporate mindset which places our client’s needs, cost containment, effective workflow processes, and open communications in the forefront.

A training program and workflow processes for all of our examiners which emphasizes the comprehensive management of claims from first report of injury to final settlement and closure, not just basic claims administration.

A Client Services model which ensures regular, timely communication with the employer, and facilitates availability of claims and risk management data to assist our clients with the management of their entire workers’ compensation program.
