The Rescue Mission of Salt Lake is a nonprofit focused on individual and family services, based in Salt Lake City, Utah. It provides emergency support to homeless and low-income neighbors, including shelter, three daily meals, Family Food Boxes, clothing, showers, laundry facilities, and employment counseling. It also runs a year-long inpatient addiction recovery program to help participants find housing, employment, and healthier communities, with all services provided at no charge. As a local nonprofit, it delivers shelter, meals, clothing, and other support to residents in need within the community. In November 2023, Utah Governor Spencer Cox joined the organization to serve Thanksgiving dinner, illustrating government–community engagement.
