The Road Home is a private, nonprofit social service agency based in Salt Lake City, Utah, serving people experiencing homelessness in Salt Lake County and the Wasatch Front. It traces its origins to 1923 as the Traveler's Aid Society and adopted its current name in 2001; emergency shelter work began in 1988 and housing services followed in 1995. The organization provides access to emergency shelter without eligibility barriers, offering nightly beds, showers, laundry facilities, clothing, diapers, and toiletries, with case managers helping clients connect to public benefits, treatment, job training, childcare, and housing support.

The Road Home runs several resource centers—Pamela Atkinson Resource Center, Gail Miller Resource Center (All Genders), and Connie Crosby Family Resource Center—open around the clock to support transitions from shelter to housing, with case managers conducting basic needs assessments, creating short-term plans, and continuing post-housing support through home visits and referrals to address barriers and sustain stability. It focuses on priority groups such as families with children, veterans, and those experiencing chronic homelessness, and in February 2026 named Sarah Nielson as director of communications.
