Research for Better Schools (RBS), a well-established leader in educational reform and improvement efforts, and in delivering high quality evaluation results that support clients’ needs for objective, independent information has joined PHMC's Research & Evaluation Group! Research for Better Schools’ mission is to help schools and other educational organizations improve student learning, teacher content knowledge and instructional effectiveness. Throughout its 50-year history, RBS has conducted a full range of applied research, development, technical assistance, training, evaluation and dissemination activities. RBS has had substantial experience in providing evaluation services to projects funded by the National Science Foundation, the U.S. Department of Education, States’ Teaching Quality and Math-Science Partnerships, and school districts throughout the mid-Atlantic region.
