Resourcing Solutions is a recruitment consultancy established in 1996 and last year were the highest placed recruitment business in the Thames Valley Top 250 companies. Although we started the business in the Thames Valley we now have a presence in Greater London and in the Midlands.

We currently employ 100 staff whose vision is based on engaging people to make a significant positive difference to our customers by finding exceptional talent for our clients and the best jobs for our candidates.

We provide permanent, contract and temporary recruitment services to candidates and companies operating in Rail, Power and the Built Environment. We specialise in hard-to-find skillsets across the broad spectrum of engineering and construction disciplines within our specialist sectors.
