Respect Foods is a limited assortment retail food broker and a private label supplier of food products. The business was launched in 2003 after Ken Hartman left a long career of serving ConAgra Foods as a Senior Director of Sales managing its portfolio with Aldi and Save-A-Lot. 

Respect Foods has two business platforms:

1. BROKER / CONSULTING DIVISION:  Respect Foods uniquely possesses product leadership experience and specific expertise with Limited Assortment Grocers.  Specifically, we help manufacturers grow their topline sales, expand their product portfolios, and maximize their profitability with the retailers operating in the Limited Assortment Channel. Our services are available as a traditional broker and/or as a consultant serving on a long-term or temporary basis.  With this high growth channel in the U.S., it is important to avoid mistakes and plan effectively for success.

2. PRIVATE LABEL SUPPLY DIVISION:  Respect Foods supplies truckloads of some of its creatively-developed exclusive recipes to national supermarket chains.
