Reston Lloyd was founded in 1972 by Ms. Rita Bolle, and has remained a women-owned company for over 50 years. The headquarters are located in Sterling, Virginia, where the 40,000 square foot warehouse is the main distribution center for its customers. 

Reston Lloyd produces kitchenware items under their brand Calypso Basics and Eurita. They are also the exclusive distributors for quality German-made products, Mawa & Börner.

MAWA: MAWA inspires new ways of hanging fashion and thus creates a completely new attitude to life. MAWA hangers ensure the perfect hanging for every item of clothing. We design the presentation of clothing and closets, creating an overview, space and inspiring new combinations.

Börner: For 60 years, Börner has been designing and producing premier quality kitchen tools that make the preparation of vegetables and fruits fast, safe, and healthy. Whether peeling, slicing, or cutting fresh vegetables, grating fruits or spices, or squeezing fresh juices, all of Börner’s hand tools for the kitchen live up to the reputation for high quality and value of products “made in Germany.”


Licensing and contract sales are also an important section of the business that they maintain. Reston Lloyd currently has a licensing agreement with World Kitchen for the Corelle Coordinates Accessories. In the past, they have had licensing agreements with other well-known companies such as Pfaltzgraff, Ingleman, Gear Products, Wegewood, and more. They also work closely with companies to help manufacture custom-designed products for clients such as Villeroy & Boch, Nikko Ceramics, Portmeirion, Hershey, and others.
