Founded in 2016, Retirement Plan Advisor Search, (RPAS), is an independent, woman-owned, boutique retirement plan consulting firm providing service provider review and search services for all organization types’ retirement plan for plan sponsors across the United States. 

RPAS brings decades of expertise in recordkeeping, administration, advisory, and expert witness consulting experience to our clients ensuring all “boxes are checked” while they are evaluating and/or selecting their retirement plan advisor. RPAS saves fiduciaries time and resources by facilitating the request for proposal process from the start to contract entrance with their service provider(s).

RPAS provides a documented fiduciary process for plan sponsors and 
retirement plan committees so they can rest assure they follow a 
prudent process and make an informed decision in choosing and/or 
evaluating their retirement plan service provider(s). Since the Department of Labor expects you to do this every 3-5 years, we take care of the heavy lifting and facilitate these projects for you. We will negotiate fees and services on your behalf!

receive any direct or indirect compensation from any service providers participating in our projects.
