Revenue Capital Management (RCM) provides a funding alternative for businesses to obtain growth capital that can be a better fit than commercial debt and less expensive than selling equity. RCM can fund companies who are often shut out by banks and venture capital investors. RCM provides investment to companies in exchange for a small and temporary percentage of gross revenues. RCM’s variable cost structure -- which fluctuates with company revenues -- creates an attractive option where commercial borrowing may not be available, may impose difficult restrictions and burdens, and where selling equity is not desired or available. Normally, RCM invests 5-15% of established annual revenues for between 3-10% of the company’s gross revenues. RCM is paid monthly, generally up to a cap of only 2x if completed within five years. (2x being the return of the invested funds plus an equal amount). RCM welcomes applications for funding. Find us on the web at: http://revcapfunds.com
