Founded in 1942, Revere Gas has enjoyed continued growth and productivity for three generations. We believe in customer satisfaction, extraordinary service, safety, and a strong focus on the communities we serve. With six offices in Eastern Virginia, the Middle Peninsula, and the Northern Neck, the company provides propane and associated products and services to over 18,000 customers. Revere’s employees receive over 1,200 hours of safety and service training annually to ensure that up-to-date and accurate procedures are followed in all phases of our company’s operations. Revere purchased a gas range for his wife Elizabeth in 1942, there was no local supplier of propane. He stored cylinders of gas at his general store and began delivering propane in a farm grain truck to seven customers. Now, 70 years later, we have grown to six locations in Gloucester, Hartfield, Warsaw, Burgess, Williamsburg, and Providence Forge, serving over 18,000 customers. With a fleet of more than 60 service and delivery vehicles, and over 700,000 gallons of propane storage at our locations, Revere Gas is proud to say that after three generations, we are still providing our customers with timely, reliable and emergency gas service.
