Revolution Fitness is Lake Country's best destination for personal fitness. We specialize in personal fitness, as well as off site and on site corporate wellness. When you are in our gym you are working with a fitness coach at all times. Our clients range from 10-85 years old, and all ability levels.

What We Do
 •Personal training: Working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer for 45 minutes.  Personal training workouts are designed specifically for your individual goals.
 •30 minute Personal training: Working 1-on-1 with a personal trainer for 30 minutes. These sessions run similar to the Personal Training workouts, just shorter.
 •Buddy Training: 2 people working with 1 trainer for 45 minutes.  Buddy training is great for couples, friends, or siblings.
 •Small Group Training: 3-5 clients working with 1 Trainer for 45 minutes. Group training workouts are run as a circuit combining functional strength, core, and metabolic cardio training.
 
 Corporate Fitness and Wellness
 •We work with local businesses on fitness and wellness plans
 •On-site training and boot camps
 •In-studio training for small groups
