RFNOW Inc. was established in 2000 to serve the needs of Andrew Agencies Ltd. and Custom Software Solutions Inc. The company was commercialized in late 2000 and started serving other customers with Internet access services and voice and data communications. 

RFNOW is a stable, well capitalized, highly profitable multi medium (wireless, fibre and copper) Internet service provider serving over 2000 km of fiber network across southwestern Manitoba and southeastern Saskatchewan.  These subscribers include residential, commercial, industrial, and public sector accounts.

RFNOW employs over 175 full and part-time personnel year round, including installers, network technicians, network architects, heavy construction equipment operators and administration and management. Additional seasonal staff is added based on new construction demand.
