In my more than 28 years of business success, and now as CEO and President of RGM Incorporated, a minority-owned small business, my 1st concern is helping people – a rare trait in today’s business world. I am a consummate businessperson, leader, and self-starter.

As the head of RGM Incorporated, I lead our effort in the following areas:

•  508 Compliance – We understand the importance of accessibility and ensure that our websites and postings for our Federal Clients meet standards.

•  Management Consulting, Marketing and Communications – We help clients engage their audience and stakeholders to build and drive their relationships to action.

•  Staffing – My keen eye for talent enables me to match and expediate clients’ staffing needs from day one.

•  Back-Office Services – We provide administrative, web/social media, information technology, marketing and communications, and graphic  design/multimedia support to government agencies, corporations, and nonprofits.
