He and the lawyers who work with the firm provide AMLAW 100 partner and senior attorney level litigation and counseling services at hourly rates substantially below those charged by their peers at the New York offices of AMLAW 100 and other large firms.

The firm also represents clients in a wide range of business matters including breach of contract and licensing agreement disputes and partnership disputes. We have a particularly active practice in the New York County Commercial Division on whose Advisory Committee Richard serves as a judicial appointee along with the nine judges of that court.
