Richard Friedman PLLC is a premier employment and business litigation and counseling boutique.  Richard Friedman is a former AMLAW 100 partner.  He and the lawyers who work with the firm provide AMLAW 100 partner and senior attorney level litigation and counseling services at hourly rates substantially below those charged by their peers at the New York offices of AMLAW 100 and other large firms.

Richard and his colleagues handle a wide variety of employment-related matters for management and individuals aligned with management such as those involving investigations of alleged employee misconduct, covenants not to compete, employee discipline and terminations, discrimination claims, fiduciary duty claims, wrongful discharge claims, defamation claims, alleged misappropriation of trade secrets, and related issues in  New York state and federal trial and appellate courts as well as other venues.

The firm also represents clients in a wide range of business matters including breach of contract and licensing agreement disputes and partnership disputes. We have a particularly active practice in the New York County Commercial Division on whose Advisory Committee Richard serves as a judicial appointee along with the nine judges of that court.
