In September 2001, KEVIN A. RICOTTA formed his own law firm to offer high quality legal services to the health care community, as well as to serve its clients in complex and general civil litigation matters in both State and Federal Court. The firm’s attorneys are primarily engaged in the defense of medical malpractice claims, and in the defense of personal injury, product liability, legal professional malpractice, and general negligence matters. Mr. Ricotta has considerable experience in the trial of complex civil cases, having successfully tried numerous cases to verdict.
