Ridge Road Outdoors operates as an advertising services company focused on creating and managing an online marketplace for hunting, fishing, and shooting sports brands. Its platform presents multi-brand store showcases within a centralized marketplace, enabling brands to display their full product lines, videos, and brand messaging to visiting customers in a unified shopping environment. The model emphasizes equal representation for participating brands and relies on a Power Sharing Network to drive consumer traffic through social media marketing, while not taking a commission on sales to allow better incentives for buyers and brands alike. Based in Chatfield, Minnesota, the company positions itself as a facilitator of a true marketplace that aggregates several applicable brands and products across its targeted outdoor categories. Ridge Road Outdoors operates with a relatively small team and focuses on delivering high-traffic exposure and cohesive brand presentation rather than direct profit from transactions.
