Rika Denshi America is a manufacturer of test probes, which range in pitch from 0.2mm to 6mm. We have the ability to design and assemble test probe and test interfaces that meet most test applications. In addition RDA also has a full service plating lab that allows us to insure our components are plated to the highest standards and also allows us to offer custom plating services to our customers. With multiple worldwide facilities, we are able to share resources and knowledge, allowing the Rika Denshi worldwide organization to continue to be a leader in the test probe industry.

Rika Denshi Co., Ltd was formed 50 years ago offering products used in the manufacture of silicon wafers.  Throughout the years, Rika Denshi Co., Ltd expanded its product line to include test probes (spring probes) and test fixtures to service the semiconductor industry.
 
Today, Rika Denshi Group has factories and sales offices in Japan. Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, China , Taiwan and the United States.
