Through the firm’s network of foreign associates, we handle intellectual property issues worldwide.  The firm reviews and negotiates intellectual property agreements and licenses to protect the interests of its clients. 

The firm enforces its clients' intellectual property rights against infringers.  Counsel for the firm has appeared in state and federal trial and appellate courts, in mediation and arbitration, before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and before the World Intellectual Property Organization.
