River Hollow Partners, founded in 2013, is a lower mid-market private equity firm focused on "better for you"​ consumer products and retail brands that improve the lives of their customers. We make growth equity and LBO investments up to $50MM and seek to drive value through active partnerships with management teams, and provide resources critical to businesses'​ future growth. We bring extensive mid-market private equity and entrepreneurial experience to our partnerships with management teams, and are very actively involved in helping develop their strategic goals. While we seek opportunities to own a majority of the equity, we also make minority investments in compelling situations where we have significant influence.
