Formed in 1987, River Oaks Communications Corporation (“River Oaks”) has had a wide variety of private sector and local government clients throughout the United States and has a proven track record of providing consulting and team management services which produce effective results. Our clientele has included corporations with a national footprint and large metropolitan, midsize and rural communities.  The company has worked on telecommunications, wireless, cable television and broadband projects in 34 states throughout the country.

River Oaks has been extensively involved in Credential Authentication, Cyber Security and the protection of Data-in-Motion.  We have represented a publicly traded company which has several subsidiaries and affiliates in a business development, marketing, and sales capacity.

River Oaks’ officials have both legal and business experience.  That experience includes helping the publicly traded company bring its Intellectual Property to a diverse group of verticals throughout the country.  River Oaks is teaming with that company to bring data encryption solutions, device credentialing, identity management, and user authentication to organizations, vendors, and their customers around the globe.
