Riverso Associates, Inc. (RAI) was founded by Vincent G. Riverso in 1987. RAI is an organization of Construction, Scheduling, Engineering, and Architectural professionals providing Owner’s Representative Services, Construction Management, CPM Scheduling and Cost Controls, Preconstruction Services, Construction Dispute Services, Litigation Support, Auditing, and Integrity Monitoring. Administrative and technical services are located in our main office in Scarsdale, NY. A major strength of the company is in its diversity – our services combine Architectural and Engineering skills with present day management techniques, providing disciplined solutions to the problems of programming, planning, organization, budgeting, and control.
