Hospice and Home Care programs also serve the greater Yellowstone County community. Our Teaching Health Center delivers evidence based compassionate care to a diverse population, in our innovative NCQA recognized Patient Centered Medical Home health center. Physicians and mid levels can choose practice options including homeless shelter clinics, rural FQHC clinics, long term care facilities and hospital care.
