RMS Associates provides fixed-fee managed IT support services for small to medium sized businesses.  We provide Fortune 100 support and technologies to companies too small to hire in-house expertise, or to complement that in-house expertise. We provide telephone, remote, onsite and hosting services to our clients across the country.
    With many long term customers, RMS has become the virtual IT department for over 200 customers throughout the greater Atlanta area and throughout the Southeast.  We are a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and maintain partnerships with many industry leading solution vendors such as Microsoft, Lenovo, Sophos and many others.
