Our current portfolio consists of Lexington Garden Apartments, a nine building, 109 unit apartment complex located Passaic, New Jersey.

Built in 1947 at the beginning of an era of idealized suburbia and commuter culture, Lexington Garden Apartments is a spacious, well-maintained and conveniently located. It offers a vast courtyard, convenient access to commuter trains, short walks to downtown and is more or less equidistant (12 miles) from the Holland and Lincoln tunnels.
