Rochon Corporation is a construction company focusing on General Contracting and Design/Build construction in the commercial, senior housing, retail, office, and industrial building markets. Our annual sales are approximately $43 million. The majority of our contracts are with repetitive clients that work with us on a negotiated basis, in which they request that we participate in the project from inception through occupancy. Other methods used to obtain work are invited bidders and publicly bid projects. “Hard Bid” projects such as those keep us close to the forces that influence the competitive marketplace. In the past twenty-five years we have completed over 38,000,000 square feet of construction. Some of the clients we have completed multiple projects for: CSM Corporation; TOLD Development; RMF Group and Spensa Development Group. At the 2006 Minnesota Shopping Center Association Starr Awards the following Rochon Corporation projects received awards: Shops At Plymouth Creek for the Redevelopment project of the year; The Village At Mendota Heights for Mixed-Use Development of the Year and The Shops at Wedgewood for Under 50,000 sf Retail project of the year.
