The Rocky Mountain Oil Journal (RMOJ) is a weekly publication that has been covering exploration activity in the Rocky Mountain Oil Patch since 1921 (previously the Montana Oil Journal).

The paper (and now website) is owned and operated by two veterans of the industry. Cody Huseby, the editor, began his career as a scout with Exxon. Jerry Davis, the publisher, spent more than 24 years with Halliburton’s logging subsidiaries.

The RMOJ is not a glossy trade publication that sits out in the receptionist area. It is a "salt of the earth" publication that people in the Rockies use on a weekly basis. It is the industry standard in the Rocky Mountain region.

The Rocky Mountains are the second largest gas producer in the United States, yet 85 percent of its gas reserves have yet to be extracted. The RMOJ can provide you with a cost effective way of targeting this already large and growing market.

The RMOJ has a wide distribution, with readership in most states, three Canadian provinces, and several foreign countries. Advertising in the RMOJ will help you reach key industry people without the time and expense associated with trade shows and conventions. Advertise today to:
