It all started in 1976, when Jim Roers started Roers Construction. Then, when Jim discovered an increasing demand for design-build services, he formed Roers Development in 1997. The two divisions worked closely to carry out clients’ projects from concept through completion.Over the years, the business grew quickly and today Roers is a leading construction, development, property management and real estate company, paying over $15 million in wages and commissions to our employees and contributing in excess of $150 million in gross sales annually to North Dakota’s economic activity.

Since forming Roers Development, the company has added two other divisions, offering property management and real estate services. In 2010, Roers recognized a need for an additional presence in the western part of the state and, as a result, opened a Roers West office in the Fall of 2010. Today, Roers has the expertise to meet any of its clients’ needs.
