Rolls Incorporated began operations in 1968 at our location in Northwest Alabama. Our commitment to providing the highest quality rubber roll coverings with a sincere attitude of competent service, pride, and integrity has allowed us to enjoy, a steady, sustained growth rate. We are grateful for the continued faith and trust of our customers which is the reason for this success. Our main manufacturing facility exceeds 30,000 square feet and includes a complete lab for testing and developing rubber compounds, custom mixing facilities, a machine shop for core fabrication and roll repair, automatic and overhead builders and some of the best wet grinders available. We are only limited by the lifting capability of our ten ton cranes and grinding equipment that will accept rolls up to 42” in diameter and 500” long.
