Roof Control Services (RCS) is a commercial roofing and sheet metal contractor offering a wide range of services. We are an experienced full service contractor capable of handling minor roof repairs and roof maintenance programs to full roof replacements and major new construction projects. RCS can also provide any custom sheet metal work required to meet your projects particular needs.

RCS is a certified applicator of most major commercial systems, i.e. built up and mod-bit roofing, single ply and coatings and maintain strong relationships with most major roofing product manufacturers. We employ the best craftsmen as full time members of our team in lieu of subcontracting our projects. RCS is very proud of our excellent safety record and drug-free work environment. We are, of course, fully insured and licensed.

Roof Control Services also provides expert professional consulting services. With a combined 80-plus year's experience, RCS offers state of the art leak investigation services as well as in-house infrared surveys and condition assessment reports.

RCS was established in 2000 and built on the strength of superior customer service, high quality workmanship and competitive pricing. We have dedicated ourselves to these principles and as a result RCS has completed projects from Illinois and Ohio to Tennessee and Georgia, as well as in our home state of Florida. Headquartered in Clermont, Florida, we have worked throughout the state with prominent projects in Winter Park, Jacksonville, Tallahassee, Orlando, Vero Beach and South Florida.
