We've set out on the journey to create a different kind of experiential enterprise that is not easy to quantify. Restaurants and catering companies are everywhere. Neither category fully encompasses our approach. Essentially, Room Forty is a restaurant without walls, hosting our own events, and catering private events, using beautiful, unique and 'non-restaurant' venues as the backdrop to our gatherings. We are inspired by the attention to detail, pursuit of excellence, and immaculate presentations of the Michelin starred restaurants of France, and are equally inspired by the warmth and fellowship of a lingering dinner party in a private home. Using the timeless, universal and visceral components of fine food, fine wine and enlightened hospitality, we view every meal, and every event as an opportunity to make a memory.
