Root Electric specializes in professional electrical installations for private residences and commercial buildings.  We have been serving in Northern Virginia since 1986.

Communication is kept clear by maintaining an exacting computerized schedule that is accessible to the entire staff.  Appointments are rarely missed.  Proposals and contracts are also spelled out in detail, telling the customer exactly what services are being delivered and how much they will be paying.

Attention to detail is managed by keeping a full-time estimating and sales staff.  Most installations are surveyed in-person at no cost to the customer.  This insures that the prices given to the customer are accurate, greatly reducing the occurrence of unexpected and costly change-orders.  In-person job surveys also give the prospective client a chance to ask questions about the installation and staff.  

While communication and attention to detail are important, a professional and educated staff is key to operating a high quality electrical business.  All members of our staff are well-trained and experienced at completing the installations or repairs that they are assigned to.  Root Electric also carries all needed licenses and insurance.
