The Certified Public Accounting firm of Roselli, Clark & Associates (RC&A) has its foundation dating back to 1988. Massachusetts Local Government Entities - Nearly 200 municipal, district, system, and authority governmental clients to whom financial statement audits, single audits, various agreed upon procedures of departmental financial activities and interim financial services are provided.
 
Condominium and Homeowners Associations - Over 300 common interest realty associations throughout MA, NH, and ME are clients and receive financial statement audits, reviews and compilations, and/or annual tax preparation services.
 
At RC&A, the philosophy is to provide the client with value added services by highly involving partners and mangers on-site during audit fieldwork to oversee audit staff, be directly involved with higher risk areas of the audit and be directly available to clients for Q&A needs.
