	To give our clients the highest quality service, we represent clients in only three types of legal matters: 

	1.    Estate Planning: We help clients prepare clear, enforceable wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents to protect themselves and their loved ones upon disability or death. We also help clients prepare and negotiate prenuptial agreements. 

	2.    Trust and Estate Administration: After the death of a loved one, we help clients administer the deceased person's final matters (such as collecting and distributing assets), involving probate court administration only when needed. 

	3.    Business Law and Commercial Transactions: Starting a business involves more than submitting paperwork. We help entrepreneurs understand and follow best practices to minimize future problems. We also prepare and negotiate commercial agreements, including buy-sell agreements, LLC operating agreements, shareholder agreements, commercial real estate leases and purchase and sale contracts, employment severance agreements, business conflict resolution, and succession planning.
