This firm was built around the philosophy that if you provide your clients with quality work, the rest will fall into place.  

We provide quality work by ensuring that each attorney has the tools to provide quality legal representation.  The first step in this is to maintain manageable file counts and hire new attorneys before we need them; once you need them, its already too late.

The second step is one to one staff ratio.  There is a reason the partners at big firms are so good at what they do; they get A LOT of help.  Every attorney in our firm will have their own legal assistant; the team dynamic between attorney and assistant is of paramount importance.

The third step is providing all the feasible technological tools so that the attorney can efficiently do their job and provide prompt responses to the needs of our clients.  

Rather than over working our attorneys and staff, we provide an environment where everyone can succeed.  While it does in fact cut into our bottomline as a firm, we get to work with people who don't hate their jobs.  There's a lot to be said for that.
