Royal Exchange Plc established in 1921, is Nigeria’s foremost insurance and financial services provider and has one of the largest branch networks in its sector with 30 branches and eight (8) regional offices nationwide.

In June 2008, our company was re-organized into a group structure, whereby our company assumed the role of a holding and asset management company to execute its strategic vision for financial services, namely insurance funds management, finance, asset management and banking, through its five wholly owned subsidiaries namely:

	Royal Prudential Life Assurance Plc
	Royal Exchange Finance & Asset Management Ltd
	Royal Exchange Healthcare Limited
	Royal Exchange Microfinance Bank Limited 

All subsidiaries are properly licensed by their respective regulators and structured to fully exploit the significant opportunities that are available in the Nigerian economy.

Our Business & Services

The primary business of the Group is risk management, which includes life assurance, general insurance, indemnity and guarantees, healthcare, and other financial services (banking and financial services, trusteeship and asset management).
