Royal Jordanian is the national airline of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, established in 1963 by a royal decree. It has grown from a regional pioneer operating a small fleet to a global carrier with more than 20 modern aircraft and a network spanning over 40 destinations across four continents. The airline is a member of the oneworld alliance, and its operations are centered in Amman, with Queen Alia International Airport serving as the main international gateway and an Amman City Terminal at the 7th Circle handling sales and early boarding services. The carrier serves customers in Jordan and across the Levant and Middle East, delivering international connectivity to Europe, Asia, Africa, and the region, supported by a reputation for credible service. The Amman hub is positioned as a strategic gateway to reach multiple continents, and in June 2026 the airline expanded facilities at that hub.
