Canyon Springs Enterprise, Inc. dba RSH Construction. RSH Construction is located in 3883 Wenthworth Dr in Hemet, CA. RSH Construction strives to provide the highest level of quality service to its customers. The company motto is safety + quality = production. RSH was formed in 1990, we recognized a need in the water market for site work for steel water reservoirs. RSH was always conscious of the urgency of getting a “Foundation Complete” so the Tank contractors could erect and paint the tank. As a result of this approach RSH was soon doing the site work for all the major tank builders in California. Eventually RSH was doing the site work on 78% of all tanks built in California. In 1995 we started to do Pump Stations that were part of combination reservoirs and pump stations. And we soon followed by constructing standalone Pump Stations, waste water facilities and Sewage Lift Stations. Our core business always remained tank site work. 1n 2009 we entered into negotiations with Paso Robles Tank to merge the companies. Paso Robles Tank had become the major builder of steel reservoirs in California and it was a perfect fit. A.C.E. became the holding company of PRT and RSH in 2010. We have continued to grow under this new structure and have as a division of ACE completed work in the volume range of $40,000,000 per year. Our core business has and always will be in the California Water market with the same emphasis on Water Tanks.
